  9.        If you intend to use {COMMO} on more than one computer at your
  10.        location (including workstations on a Local Area Network), you
  11.        will need a Multi-User Site License. 
  12.  
  13.        If you want to distribute {COMMO} in conjunction with any other
  14.        product, you will need to file an application for a Distribution
  15.        License.

  18.        pages.

  23.        Electronic bulletin board systems (BBS's, including online
  24.        commercial services) may distribute the {COMMO} Shareware package
  25.        (all files in the original archive must be present and unaltered).

  27.        PC user groups and computer clubs may also distribute the {COMMO}
  28.        Shareware package on diskette (no more than $5.00 distribution fee
  29.        may be charged).

  31.        Commercial distributors of Shareware and "Public Domain" diskettes
  32.        must obtain permission in writing prior to distributing the
  33.        {COMMO} Shareware package.

  50.        to as the SOFTWARE.

  52.        LICENSOR hereby grants LICENSEE a multi-user site license to use
  53.        the SOFTWARE on [number of copies licensed] computers and/or
  54.        workstations.

  56.        This license grants perpetual use of the software at your site (or
  57.        sites) and is non-transferable.  You may copy the software only
  58.        for installation on the number of computers and/or workstations
  59.        specified in this agreement.  You may not distribute or resell the
  60.        software in any form to any third party.
  61.  
  62.        The LICENSOR warrants that it is sole owner of the software and
  63.        has full power and authority to grant this license herein without
  64.        consent of any other party.

  66.        LICENSOR hereby disclaims all warranties relating to this
  67.        software, whether express or implied, including without limitation
  68.        any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
  69.        particular purpose. LICENSOR will not be liable for any special,
  70.        incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due to loss
  71.        of data or any other reason, even if LICENSOR or an agent of
  72.        LICENSOR has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  In
  73.        no event shall LICENSOR's liability for any damages ever exceed
  74.        the price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of
  75.        the form of the claim.  The person using the software bears all
  76.        risk as to the quality and performance of the software.

  78.        This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with
  79.        the laws of the STATE OF CALIFORNIA.  Any action or proceeding
  80.        brought by either party against the other arising out of or
  81.        related to this agreement shall be brought only in a STATE or
  82.        FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in Sonoma county,
  83.        California.  The parties hereby consent to in personam
  84.        jurisdiction of said courts.

  126.        individual, P.O. Box 9103, Santa Rosa, CA 95405, U.S.A., and [your

  128.        referred to as LICENSEE.  LICENSOR and LICENSEE agree as follows:

  130.        This contract allows LICENSEE to DISTRIBUTE the SOFTWARE developed
  131.        by LICENSOR with products sold by LICENSEE.  This perpetual
  132.        license of the SOFTWARE by LICENSOR to LICENSEE is NON-EXCLUSIVE
  133.        and NON-TRANSFERABLE.  LICENSEE shall pay LICENSOR a one time fee
  134.        of ____________ US dollars in exchange for said license.
